From local development to college-track opportunities, our coaches work to prepare players for the next level of basketball and life.

At Texas Mayhem, we coach for more than wins. We coach to develop skilled athletes and even stronger people. Our staff uses proven player development methods to build basketball IQ, confidence, and leadership while holding athletes to the standards of our HTK culture. Every practice, game, and moment is designed to help players grow, compete with purpose, and represent themselves, their families, and the Keller area community with pride.

Coaching Staff Bios
Texas Mayhem’s staff brings experience across player development, recruiting, strength and conditioning, team operations, sports medicine, and media.
Every role supports the same goal: helping athletes grow in skill, confidence, accountability, and character while building a program families can trust.

Founder/Program Owner
Todd Robinson founded Texas Mayhem to build more than basketball teams. He leads the program’s culture, player-development standards, and year-round direction, creating an environment where athletes are challenged to compete, grow, and take ownership of their progress through every season with purpose.
Coach Todd works closely with players and families to create disciplined, connected teams rooted in accountability and confidence. His focus is developing athletes who understand the value of preparation, effort, communication, and representing themselves, their teammates, and the Mayhem standard with pride.

S&C Director
Elijah Pruitt Texas Mayhem’s Strength and Conditioning Director, bringing training experience, basketball experience, and a master’s degree to the program. He helps athletes build stronger movement patterns, confidence, resilience, and habits that support lasting daily development.
​Through One Percent Training and his work as Athletic Director at Saint Andrews Private School, Elijah brings high-level instruction to Mayhem athletes. He focuses on speed, strength, injury prevention, and disciplined preparation, helping players compete with purpose and improve throughout the year.

Director of Local Teams
Michael Moore serves as Texas Mayhem’s Director of Local Teams, bringing a fun but serious approach to player development for young athletes. In his first season with Mayhem, his teams won 75 percent of their games while building confidence, discipline, and habits throughout the season.
Known as Mamba Mike for his ability to make things happen, Michael brings energy, creativity, and a competitive edge to every gym. He challenges players to stay connected, embrace hard work, and compete with purpose while keeping the game enjoyable for everyone.

Head Coach - Boys T4
Brandon Johnson leads Mayhem T4 with a tough, disciplined approach built around effort, accountability, and doing the small things well. A Wise County native, he understands the values of hard work and consistency, and brings those expectations into every practice and game every day.
Coach Brandon challenges players to compete with confidence, communicate clearly, and embrace difficult moments instead of avoiding them. His goal is to help athletes become tougher teammates and dependable leaders while building a team culture that reflects standards and pride of Mayhem.

Team Manager & Film
Lexi Schneider serves as Texas Mayhem’s Team Manager and Film coordinator, bringing firsthand experience as a former Mayhem athlete. After playing with the program for four years, she earned a college scholarship and now continues her education at the University of Louisville main campus.
Lexi helps organize team details, support communication, and document meaningful moments throughout the season. Her role keeps players and families informed across practices, games, and travel while providing a reliable connection between athletes, coaches, and the broader Mayhem community all season long.

Recruiting Director
Brent Schneider serves as Texas Mayhem’s Director of Recruiting, helping players and families navigate the college exposure process. He coordinates film, highlights, communication, and tracking so athletes are prepared to present and professionally to college programs nationwide.
Coach Brent also supports Mayhem’s broader player-development process by helping connect recruiting goals with consistent preparation. His work gives athletes practical direction, keeps families informed, and helps players take meaningful steps toward the opportunities that match their abilities, goals, and long-term path.

Operations Director
Jessica Robinson serves as Texas Mayhem’s Operations Director, managing the details that keep practices, games, travel, and communication organized. She is a dependable point of contact for families and staff, helping team stay prepared, informed, and connected throughout the season.
Jessica supports player organization, scheduling, and program structure while helping coaches and families communicate clearly. Her work behind the scenes helps Mayhem run smoothly, creates consistency across teams, and gives players the reliable support they need to focus on growth every day.

Head Coach - T1
Brad Larson serves as a Texas Mayhem head coach, leading athletes with expectations, leadership, and a commitment to the Mayhem standard. He creates a competitive environment where players learn to communicate, stay disciplined, and take responsibility for their growth each day.
Outside the gym, Brad is a preacher in Argyle, Texas, serving his community with care and purpose. He mentors players and families through challenging moments, emphasizing character, faith, accountability, and the importance of leading by example in life and basketball.

EMT/Trainer
Kaylin Williams serves as Texas Mayhem’s on-staff EMT and trainer, providing care when players are injured or need attention. She attends travel tournaments and practices, helping athletes stay safe and prepared while coaches and families navigate the demands of each season together successfully always.
As a University of North Texas student continuing her EMT education, Kaylin brings calm leadership to the program. Her presence gives players a trusted person to turn to, while supporting a safe environment where athletes can focus on competing, learning, and growing.

Photography & Film
Alexandrea Bent has been part of Texas Mayhem since 2018 and moved into photography and film in 2023. She documents practices, games, events, and travel, capturing authentic moments that reflect player development, team culture, and the energy within the Mayhem experience overall growth.
Through her work, Alexandrea creates visual stories that help families see the growth of Mayhem athletes on and off the court. Her photography and film preserve the work, relationships, and milestones that make each season meaningful for every team and family involved and celebrate their journey together with lasting impact always.
