Our coaching staff includes former college athletes, pro players, and high-level trainers who bring decades of experience and a shared passion for player development. Whether you're preparing for high school, college, or beyond, our coaches are here to elevate your game, and your mindset.

At Texas Mayhem, we coach for more than wins. We coach to develop skilled athletes and even stronger people. Our staff uses proven player development methods to build basketball IQ, confidence, and leadership while holding athletes to the standards of our HTK culture. Every practice, game, and moment is designed to help players grow, compete with purpose, and represent themselves, their families, and the Keller area community with pride.
Coaching Staff Bios
All Texas Mayhem coaches are committed to building skilled athletes and strong people through clear standards, daily improvement, and development focused coaching. Our staff includes experienced leaders who understand how to train youth players the right way while building basketball IQ, confidence, and accountability. Every coach plays a key role in shaping our HTK culture and preparing athletes across the Keller area to succeed both on and off the court.
Program Director
Bio:
Todd Robinson is the founder of Texas Mayhem and leads the program with a focus on player development, accountability, and strong culture. He played guard at a Division 1
university and brings high-level experience into every training environment. Todd oversees program direction, daily standards, and athlete development across the Keller area.
S&C Director
Bio:
Elijah Pruitt is a professional trainer who played basketball in London and brings years of international experience to Texas Mayhem athletes. He holds a master’s degree,
multiple certifications in weightlifting and speed and conditioning, and serves as the Athletic Director at Saint Andrews Private School. Elijah owns One Percent Training and partners with Mayhem to elevate player performance across the Keller area.
Operations Director
Bio:
Jessica Robinson manages the daily operations that allow Texas Mayhem to run smoothly and efficiently. She serves as the primary connection between coaches
and families, ensuring communication stays clear and consistent. Jessica supports player organization, scheduling, and program structure across the Keller area.
Photography & Film
Bio:
Alexandrea Bent has been part of Texas Mayhem since 2018 and transitioned into photography and film in 2023. She captures the moments that show player
development, culture, and the energy of the program. Alexandrea documents practices, events, and games to highlight the growth of Mayhem athletes.
Recruiting Director
Bio:
Brent Schneider leads all recruiting efforts for Texas Mayhem and supports athletes through the full college placement process. He works directly with families to communicate
opportunities, timelines, and expectations at every level. Brent helps players understand how to prepare for collegiate basketball from both an academic and athletic standpoint.
Travel Program Director
Bio:
Brad Larson oversees the Mayhem travel program and helps set the standard for the HTK culture that guides all athlete development. He brings strong leadership
and clear expectations to every player he works with. Brad also serves as a pastor in his daily life and provides mentorship and guidance to many families in the Keller community. Brad was the inventor of Texas Mayhem's HTK culture.
Head Coach - Girls
Bio:
Brandon Johnson leads the Mayhem girls program with a focus on confidence, fundamentals, and steady skill development. He brings strong teaching ability and
communication to every practice and game. Brandon works closely with players and families to help athletes grow on and off the court.
Team Manager & Film
Bio:
Lexi Schneider played for Texas Mayhem for four years before earning a college scholarship and continuing her education at the University of Louisville. She
supports team organization, communication, and scheduling throughout the season. Lexi helps players stay prepared and connected during practices, games, and travel.
